1. Foam Rolling
If you haven’t tried it, there is no better way to get rid of back pain. -
2. Clean Up
Have you ever seen the show Queer Eye? If not, you should check out just how much a haircut and some nice clothes can totally revolutionize how you see yourself. Throw in a clean living space and you’ll feel like a whole new person. -
3. Hang From the Doorframe
Of course this works with a bar too, but there is no better way to stretch out your back, and keep your shoulders mobile. -
4. Walking
It seems like nothing, but just staying mobile makes everything better. -

10. Fix Your Teeth
Dental health is much more important than most people realize, and can have a knock-on effect when not kept under control. Plus, and a nice smile looks good!
